Launched in 2007, Downtown Pembroke .com encompasses an area in the City of Pembroke that is anchored by our Hockeytown notoriety in the west (the Pembroke Memorial Centre) and a piece of our heritage in the east (the Champlain Trail Museum). There are more than 300 shops, boutiques, restaurants, pubs, historical features, medical professionals, holistic centres and other locally-owned businesses in this area.

Unlike other business associations, Downtown Pembroke .com is not a municipal-funded program. This is a business that has been established to market the area. The business is a joint partnership of Forward Thinking, a progressive marketing company, and GallantMEDIA, one of the largest web and graphic design companies in the Ottawa Valley.

Those in the Downtown Pembroke .com area are invited to become annual members, thereby benefiting from professional marketing expertise that is available as a group, yet still allowing them to maintain their individuality.
